the way it should be
Dec. 21st, 2009 05:26 pmhaving spent far too many years working at a Hallmark where Christmas started in July and the same three repetitive Christmas CDs were played over and over again not shortly thereafter, I'm a bit scarred and avoid Christmas songs like the bubonic plague usually until just before Christmas. Well... it's just before Christmas. So here's my all time favorite Christmas song. It catches exactly what Christmas means to me and I found a version where the singers actually sound - I don't know - joyful?! lol Can't stand the staid versions.

Dec. 6th, 2009 09:47 pmIn direct response to Sekihara Tae's musical compilation for the season (today's in specific) I thought I'd post my own version of the much loved 'Carol of the Bells'. It's a fond memory from my childhood and I just had to join in the fun on this one. Tae, this one is all your fault for bringing it back up in my head.
