it occurred to me that, while I talk about the culprits regularly I should really give visuals.  Why?  Because.  So here's the last two.

Beatrice (aka 'Sweet Feet'): a hardened criminal who's deviancy includes sneaking into her sister's house to steal food, walking on top of her sister's house while her sister is trapped inside, and running, continuously, across her mother while said mother is trying to take a nap.

Bonzai (aka Little Red): sister to the notorious Sweet Feet, named for her throwing herself wildly from the hands of her owner at the time of adoption in a bid for freedom.  Other crimes include waiting at the bedroom door and making a break for it when the door opens to admit someone, robbing her mother of the use of a pillow by sleeping under it at nap time,  TWICE having escaped through the crack between the tub and the wall in order to give her mother a heart attack, general harassment of other hams including but not limited to toe biting, and knowing where the food is hidden and angling for chances to sit in the food box and stuff her cheeks.

I'd include a picture of Booth that isn't just her butt as well but I think you'll be seeing plenty of those for the next month or two.

siiiiigh, its not easy living with such evil but somebody's got to keep that Pandora's box shut.

Cute, disarming, and dangerous. I miss my hamsters...haven't had any for quite sometime.
Love that first pictures...is it possible for a hamster to look that smug? *grin*

BTW, something of interest that I saw: http://thelifestream.net/ffvii-advent-children-complete/6139/this-just-in-the-love-triangle-debate-over/

Celebrate, much? XD

I never had hamsters growing up as a kid, we were parakeet people. And dogs. anyway, a couple of years ago my sister - who collects odd animals like some people collect books *cough* - brought home a hamster named Mr. Nubbins and guess who got stuck taking care of her because I was the only one up when the ham was? Yeah, Mr. Nubbins was a girl and yeah, we knew it from the get go. I've since had a Mr. Bugs who was also female. Anyway, grown adult well past needing critters stage and next thing I know my room just isn't complete without the sound of a tiny whirring wheel and a pea sized brain plotting evil. Siiiigh ;)

and so very awesome! - thanks for the tip and the link :D I didn't think SE would actually EVER resolve the issue just because they seem to enjoy yanking chains more. Nice to see a bit of commitment to what we all already knew and they'd been hinting at for years now :D

They're so cute! I think I've said that already. But wow, how can you keep track of all of them? They all seem so sneaky, but they're adorably fuzzy so you can't get mad.

Also, that article on the love triangle just about made my day!

I have hammie telepathy - or as my sister says I'm the 'hammie whisperer'. lol truthfully, sometimes I do misplace one of them. Luckily it's always in the hammie safe room and they all know how to get back to their own homes and let themselves in for the night. I often find them curled up and sleeping when they're supposed to be running around the bedroom causing havoc. Of course, they don't always fall asleep in their OWN cages - which does tend to lead to trouble - lol

but yeah, you nailed it. They're just pure evil in fuzzy little track suits and I'm pretty powerless against them ;)

and woot! isn't that cool about the love triangle. I'm so thankful for the internet - lol. wonder how the Cleriths are going to dodge this one...

THEY ARE SO ADORABLE. :D
I've never had a hamster, but i did have a gerbil once. he ran everywhere. O_o i can only imagine what it's like with THREE of them.

hahaha who knew something with such a small brain could be so mischeivous? and i love Little Red's super fat cheeks.

maybe if you feed them enough, they won't be able to fit through the cracks anymore. ;D

did you just get them, or have you had them for a while?

I've had them all since they were babies - so Bea and Bonzai are about a year and a half old, Booth turned a year this month and Ralf is probably three or four months old. I have also had over the years (and not all at the same time)

Mr. Nubbins, Nibbits, Blaze!y (three legged and fastest little bugger I've ever seen), Aargh (the one eyed dwarf ham)(I almost had a pirate crew there for a while), Little Boots, Tiny Bubbles, Butters, Bunny, Button (aka Fleawee - my second dwarfie ham), Mr. Bugs, and Bif. Bif (Booth's brother) was the only male before Ralf and he died after a month, something wrong with him when he was born because he never grew.

whew! *deep breath* so yeah, I've had a few. Just a few. I'm not hooked on them or anything. Not at all. ;)

oh.... and I think *think* Booth had her babies Friday morning... >.
